The brief was to reflect the essence of what audiences love about the Neighbours – an outdoor lifestyle, sunny climate, friendly & down to earth residents. Visual Playground was also asked to re-invigorate the Neighbours logo whilst acknowledging its strong 30-year heritage.

VP’s vision for the latest Opening Titles re-establishes the heart of the programme; its characters, their relationships with one another, the community, family, friendship and a fun sun-filled lifestyle.

Shot on Red Dragon at 4k at 33 frames per second, VP used a combination of dolly tracked and drone shots, along with carefully orchestrated wipe techniques and clever VFX to create a seamless camera move, all culminating with an epic, never-before-seen bird’s-eye-view of Ramsay Street
